Announcing: Craniosacral Therapy at Hello Studio
I am really excited to announce that I am now offering craniosacral therapy to babies at Hello Studio on Hornsey Road.
Ever since the baby clinic at the Healthy Living Centre closed, I have been looking for an ideal space to offer low cost treatments to families. Hello and Fair-well is a studio, clinic, ethical shop and refill space, that is perfect for this offering.
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle and effective treatment for all, but I specialise in treating babies and pregnant people.
It’s ideal to help prepare the body for pregnancy, birth and for post natal support as well as helping babies adjust to being in the world and address any stresses and strains. I’m also a lactation consultant and birth keeper, so am very knowledgeable around feeding and birth practices. If you would like to know more have a look at this.
